Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since Suphalam Foundation is a non-profit organization involved in social welfare, we rely on donations to fund our ongoing projects.
Refund Requests: Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., a technical glitch or a duplicate transaction), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Process: To request a refund, email suphalamfoundation@gmail.com with proof of the transaction. We will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within 10-15 working days.
Tax Receipts: If a tax-deduction certificate (80G) has already been issued for a donation, a refund will not be possible due to government regulations.
Cancellations: For recurring donations (monthly pledges), you can cancel at any time by notifying us at least 5 days before the next scheduled payment.
